Welcome to Aspire Land & New Homes Ltd — a versatile and multi-skilled company offering a wide platform of value-engineered and necessary services to both our commercial clients and our domestic clients, who are never forgotten.
Between the team, there is over 70 years of hard-learnt experience.
The principal, Nick, started out as a young newly qualified accountant some 25 years ago, joining a large privately-owned new build residential development company as financial controller.
Nick will say he was well paid — but hated his role. No autonomy. Watching people not taking responsibility, yet getting paid a good salary just to report.
Imagine the horror when he suggested to the main board: “This doesn’t work! Nobody cares!” He found numerous issues. But as a young annoyance to older, more seasoned directors — who were happy to take their salary and not worry about making a difference — he hated it.
He changed departments: from finance to land, to commercial, and then to construction. Nobody wanted a “bean counter” watching them, asking questions.
Yet he persevered — ending up respected and knowledgeable.
Fast forward — with a wife and children, experiencing the normal ups and downs of life — he decided he could do better.
His watchword is VALUE.
He believes passionately that value is the key — and will explain at length to anyone listening (whilst hoping not to bore them) — that value is a mixture of quality, cost, and time.

Nick believes everyone should take pride in whatever work they undertake and achieve — regardless of position or role. He truly wants the team to do it right the first time and be proud.
“By having a team that follows the let’s be proud ethos, ensures everyone can be proud — from the landowner who sells the land, to the subcontractors engaged, and finally to the end user — whether a new homeowner, a tenant, or a landlord. Everyone needs to buy into this!”
