Due to the increase of enquiries over the last three years, we now undertake main contracting roles. We are able to offer the following services with a duly qualified and professional approach.
Commercial full turnkey up to £30M in value. This includes full project appraisal and appointment of subcontractors and other professionals including full design and scope of work, including responsibility from planning to completion and handover. This can be on a JV basis, or employed basis. We take responsibility if required from the first design, to the last pen stroke signing off and everything in between. Basically as much or little as is required.
We act for some smaller developers and/or financial institutions to ensure everything on site is progressing as per the agreed development programme and within the budget. We highlight any concerns from day one — this could be as simple as the programme missing a step, or that the costs considered are inadequate and a problem will arise.
We don’t want to cause problems, but by doing the right due diligence, we try to ensure, wherever possible, they will not exist.
This is our most valuable service. For smaller developers or first-timers, we will tell you if the scheme works. We will highlight all risks to be considered and give an honest and unbiased opinion. This often means we get paid to tell you that you may be making a mistake — but wouldn’t you want to know at the £’s stage rather than the £000’s stage?
