Rather than just going down the typical route of trying to engage with an architect, getting him to design something that later someone has to build, we come in and spend time with you. We want to know what is important to you and your family, then we will design your project with buildability in mind.

Often we find architects simply create a space, not thinking of how people live, or how families evolve and grow.

We try to future-proof our designs, which enables changes to be incorporated at a later stage with minimum fuss. We know people haven’t always got the money to do everything they wish at that moment in time, so we take what is urgent, and find a solution that works for you both now and in the future.

We will be honest and upfront with both a cashflow and project timings, and strive hard to not vary what has been agreed.

We use our inhouse team of professionals on all works when undertaking these works — unlike our new build department, where typically we will use our trusted subcontractors. This means we are in charge of the schedule and we keep to the programme originally set.
